Allison A. Johnson is the Founder and CEO of Hummingbird Global Initiative (HGI)—a purpose-driven platform committed to sustainable career reinvention, inclusive branding, and impact-focused leadership development.

Currently leading HGI as a solo founder, Allison manages the full scope of the initiative’s work: from strategic curriculum design and storytelling-based coaching to hands-on program facilitation and international outreach.

HGI is powered by her book, A.R.I.S.E.: The Hummingbird Strategy for Mental Strength & Sustainable Success, and anchored in the A.R.I.S.E.™ Framework—a five-pillar model that equips individuals with the clarity, courage, and capacity to rise after disruption and rebuild with long-term purpose.

A former business educator and current job readiness trainer, Allison brings over two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, workforce development, and personal brand building. She is a dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment, having led capacity-building efforts for underserved communities and those navigating global transitions.

Allison is a proud member of the Global Sustainable Futures Network, where she contributes to international dialogues on SDG-aligned education, and serves as a volunteer member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, where she lends her voice to the future of leadership and business research.

With cultural roots in Jamaica 🇯🇲 and professional experience across the Middle East, Allison’s work is deeply informed by cross-cultural insight and a passion for sustainable, inclusive growth.

Her signature initiative, the Still Winning Cohort, supports women in transition—whether post-migration, career disruption, or personal loss—by providing digital storytelling and content creation training as tools for career rebuilding and visibility.
