Allison A. Johnson is the Founder of Hummingbird Global Initiative LLC, a social enterprise committed to advancing sustainable education and the commercial empowerment of women in STEM. With a professional background spanning business education, workforce development, and sustainable development advocacy, she brings a cross-cultural perspective informed by her Jamaican heritage and professional experience across the Caribbean and the Middle East.

Ms. Johnson serves as the sole GSFN Coordinator for the Caribbean region within the Global Sustainable Futures Network, contributing to international dialogue on SDG-aligned education and sustainable professional development. Her sustained contribution to that work was recognised through the award of the GSFN Gold Certificate for outstanding contribution to sustainable futures. She delivered a presentation at the Advancing Women in STEM: Higher Education and Career Workshop, organised by GSFN in association with the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) and the British Council, where she proposed the STEM Business Foundations Programme as a structured solution to the commercial development gap facing women in STEM.

Her work is grounded in the conviction that equitable access to professional development is not a privilege; it is the foundation of a sustainable future.
